It's the 8th Annual Write2Xpress Contest, bigger and better than ever! Open to Oakville students in grades 7 to 12, the contest opens on August 1 and closes at 11:59pm on Wednesday, October 10. Be sure to enter your short story, poetry and/or graphic short story based on this year's image.

Winners will be announced at our Awards Event on November 21 at the Rehearsal Hall at the Queen Elizabeth Park Community and Cultural Centre and will feature Toronto poet Natalie Zina Walschots as our Guest Speaker. Save the date and look for your invitation in the mail after the contest closes!
